“I believe there is only one life we are given, and it deserves to be lived fully - with awareness, gratitude, and without regret.”
This belief shapes both my life and my work.
I am a certified Life Coach with a background in psychology and law, and years of experience as an educator, writer, author, and translator. Translating over 70 self-help books deepened my understanding of the human mind and emotional world beyond theory.
Life alongside the Indian Army took me across India and many countries like Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia and South Africa, offering rich exposure to diverse cultures and ways of living. While circumstances differ, I discovered that there is only one human desire at the core of every individual i.e., a balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
My coaching is rooted in emotional and spiritual intelligence, shaped by formal training and learnings from global teachers such as Dr. John Demartini, Swami Sarvapriyananda, and Hemant Lawanghare. I guide people from the inside out - helping them reconnect with themselves, realign with what truly matters, and move forward with clarity.
I walk beside individuals at crossroads; those feeling stuck, seeking direction, or ready for change. Supporting them in evoking reform from within, so life feels lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
I grew up in a traditional Indian family where I was taught that the sky is the limit. Yet, as I grew older, I saw many people settle into familiar choices and predictable lives. I followed that path too, doing what was expected, keeping peace, and convincing myself that wanting more was unnecessary. On the outside, everything appeared fine; inside, I felt restless.
That restlessness came from a quiet misalignment between what I believed within and how I was living each day. I had absorbed values, handed down by family and society without ever pausing to ask if they truly belonged to me. I was present for everyone else, but rarely for myself.
The turning point came when I finally listened to the inner voice that I had ignored for years. After attending a lecture on the Mandukya Upanishad, three questions stayed with me:
Who am I?
What do I want?
What should I want?
These questions shifted my direction.
I began seeking answers inward rather than outward, learning from teachers and wisdom traditions from India and beyond. I came to understand how identity shapes behaviour, how beliefs guide choices, and how inner alignment or conflict shapes the life we experience.
Today, I walk alongside others who experience the same silent pull towards a more balanced and purposeful life. When the relationship with one’s own self changes, everything else begins to align.
If you feel that inner whisper, I would be happy to help you listen to and follow it.
Take the first step towards clarity, purpose, and personal growth today.
